Cumberland Sweep + The Hopper Launch Event Assets

Client: Cumberland Community Improvement District

Designer: Lindsay Muncy

Art Direction: Emily Kurek

Creative Direction: Lindsay Zarczynski

As the Cumberland Community Improvement District (CCID) prepared to launch its first-of-its-kind autonomous shuttle pilot program, they faced two key challenges: raising awareness of the service and building public trust in autonomous transportation.

Brief: Help introduce The Hopper to the public through a fully integrated campaign, including PR strategy, marketing and event materials, ridership analytics, and high-impact launch events—all designed to generate buzz, maximize visibility, and position CCID as a leader in mobility and economic innovation.

To support the launch, I designed a comprehensive suite of marketing materials. These materials played a crucial role in driving engagement, building trust, and encouraging ridership for CCID’s groundbreaking autonomous shuttle system.

This project won a 2023 Gold Davey Award for Integrated Campaign: Promotional & Branding
