CURE Childhood Cancer Flag Campaign Website
Client: CURE Childhood Cancer
Designer: Lindsay Muncy
Creative Direction and Copywriter: Greg Grantham
Web Developer: Jeremy Hill
Brief: CURE Childhood Cancer has been dedicated to funding research and supporting families affected by childhood cancer since 1975. Each year, the organization hosts various events and campaigns to raise awareness and critical funds for the cause.
Our team was tasked with evaluating and enhancing the CURE Flags Program, specifically improving the website and user journey to address key challenges. This involved developing a new user journey strategy and executing a comprehensive website redesign to optimize engagement and conversions.
My Role:
I designed the entire landing page experience as well as the user-friendly e-commerce site for flag purchases. Using the 2024 flag design (created by another agency the client works with) as visual inspiration, I designed the website that aligned with the CURE brand and the flag design.
Working closely with our development team, I contributed to wireframing. I also collaborated with my creative director to refine site copy, as we were operating without a copywriter at the time. After designing the first round of the website, I incorporated feedback from both my Creative Director and our account team before presenting my designs to the client.
This project marked our first partnership with CURE, and the success of this website played a key role in securing additional work with them for the following year.
This project won the 2025 AVA Honorable Mention Award for Web-Based Production | Website | Nonprofit
Due to the campaign ending, the full site is no longer live. However you can view the design comps.
